7 Days Surf & Yoga Retreat

We are a small group of entrepreneurs with joy for sharing a nourishing experience for the soul. The combination of Surfing, Yoga and massage to offer you a more healthy, creative and dynamic adventure. Rediscovering yourself and connecting with nature by learning the beautiful art of dancing with the waves, practicing Yoga to work on the balance between body and mind; and having the opportunity to take advantage of the therapeutic benefits of the healing art of traditional Thai Massage, with the intention of making this an unique, playful and pleasant experience. We will live, learn and practice together during these days in a rural villa with all the comforts, swimming pool, barbecue area, rooms with privates bathrooms and breakfast included in a quiet area of Lanzarote just 10 minutes drive from Famara beach.

5 days of morning Yoga sessions
5 days of surf lessons for beginners
5 days of introduction to Thai massage workshop
7 nights in a private or shared room with private bathroom in Casa Arena

Morning Yoga 7 – 8:30 am
Breakfast 8:30 – 9 am
Drive to Famara beach 9 am
Surf lesson 10 – 12:30
Return to the house 1 – 1:30 pm
Thai massage workshop 5 – 7 pm
